Terms and Conditions for Lyngo AI

 

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lyngo AI services ("Services"), provided by Lyngo AI ("Lyngo AI"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

 

1. Description of Services

Lyngo AI offers inbound call answering services for frequently asked questions (FAQs) and integration into your Practice Management System (PMS) for appointment management. The service includes the capability to forward calls to a human agent if Lyngo AI is unable to answer any questions. Users have the option to choose to forward all or only some calls to Lyngo AI. By using the Services, you agree to integrate Lyngo AI into your existing systems using your PMS API Key and forwarding calls as per your preference.

 

2. Payment Terms

Lyngo AI operates on a fixed monthly fee, in addition to a usage fee based on the size of your business. Payment is accepted via Stripe at the beginning of every month.

 

3. Data Integration

Lyngo AI acts as a third-party data integrator into your current system. You will always maintain control over the permission levels granted to Lyngo AI for accessing and managing your data.

 

4. Termination

To terminate your use of the Services, a three-month notice period is required.

 

5. Outcome of Calls

Lyngo AI does not guarantee the outcome of any call. Each call is handled on a case-by-case basis, and various factors such as ambient noise, patchy connections, and language barriers may affect the quality of service provided by Lyngo AI.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Lyngo AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.

 

8. Changes to Terms

Lyngo AI reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Lyngo AI website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
