  • Indirectly: When your allied health practice uses Lyngo AI integrated with their practice management system.

    • This may include patient information such as names, contact details, emergency contacts, health insurance numbers, and treatment notes (depending on your integration settings).

  • Directly from you: Name, email address, phone number, and business operation details (optional).

  • Indirectly from your practice management system (depending on integration settings): Patient names, genders, dates of birth, contact details, emergency contacts, health insurance numbers, and treatment notes (including sensitive health data).

  • Call logs: Information about incoming and outgoing calls, including phone numbers, timestamps, call durations, and call outcomes (e.g., missed, answered, voicemail). This data may also include recordings of the calls for quality assurance and training purposes

  • Cookies and Tracking Technology: Pages visited, time spent on pages, language preferences, and other anonymous traffic data.

  • Transaction Data: Details about your Lyngo AI subscription, payment dates, and renewal dates.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to operate and improve Lyngo AI and provide you with the best possible service experience. This includes:

  • API Integration: Cliniko Customers can grant access to patient data (including personal information) in their Lyngo AI account to third-party apps through API keys. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of these apps; please review them before using their services.

  • Legal Requirements: We may be required to disclose personal information to comply with the law, protect our rights, or in the case of a business transfer.

Security of Your Information

We take data security seriously. We use encryption, state-of-the-art storage facilities, access restrictions, and regular technology reviews to maintain security.

  • Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach affecting your directly-collected personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours. The notification will detail the information at risk, steps taken to ensure your safety, and actions taken to rectify the breach. For indirectly collected information, the affected Customers (practices) will be notified.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information
